Digital Products (Ko-fi)
Returns and refunds are not accepted for digital downloads once files have been delivered.
If you experience an issue with your file, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Print-on-Demand Products (Printify)
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

Returns are handled directly by TeePublic.
